Quintus is not a boy anymore
he must serve his duty
cannot stop him from defending freedom
but he will summon Decimus

Decimus
decimus about to set out but Flaccus persuades him to come back
comforts Scintilla - found Scintilla crying
Quintus will return to Academy to study
war will not wage long
expresses his thoughts
Quintus however is imprudent if he joined himself to Brutus -
Antony is the most skilled soldier, better troops
when Antony peace is brought - no doubt he will restore the republic
Decimus setting out now to Brundisia to join himself to Antony
