Ensuring that factors are in place to provide for and encourage the continued development of a diverse workforce by melding actual and perceived differences among worers to achieve maximum productivities

late 1970s-mid 1990s, well educated, brusting with confidence, technology, , morality and civic mindedness want workplace to be fun and rewarding

1995-2009 internet assimilated children, high tech, worldly, multitask,speed
