An obsessive fixation with healthy eating.
Rumination
Persistent focus on negative thoughts and feelings.
Cognitive filtering
Biases and beliefs that allow people to selectively notice, accept, and/or reject particular ideas of evidence.
Body Dysmorphia
A misperception of one’s body size or shape, usually negative.
