Diversity management
Must consider: systematic bias against some groups in current structure and processes, attitudinal change, top down leadership, involvement of those affected by change, education and ongoing training to access positive benefits.
Cognitive dissonance
Predisposition to respond in positive/negative way to some person’s expressed attitudes and actual behaviour.
