A

Person in poss of firearm, airgun, pistol, restr weapon…
-Full name, address,and DOB to any member of Police
If refuse, or gives false details, caution and if persists arrest them.
(3 months, $1000 fine)

Search person, anything in their poss or control, enter place or vehicle, seize any arms/licence
(2) breach of arms act, phys or mental means not capable of control/may kill or casue bodily injury

A

PCA of immediate operating env is in or likely in death/GBH leve
On duty as AOS or Prot services (as authorised by supervisor)
When on airport duty or role of escort for ppl carrying valuables as auth by dist Commander
To destroy animals
For training.
Responsibilities - Adv supervisor, deploy with taser, wear HAP unless exception for spec groups
Must be level one responder too
