Allows data to be written in individual pages termed “available for use”.
Optimization/disk defragment/defrag
Is running trim which allows new data to be written into partially filled blocks.

Restores applications, Registry, and a few other critical system files. Windows can restore from a System Restore point even in Windows Recovery Environment.

Enables users to back up selected folders as well create system images and system repair disks
Creating a System Image
Is a image-level backup.
A System Repair Disk.
Is a bootable media that helps with recovery.
