Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Description: inattention and hyperactivity
Treatment: primary treatment is medication (stimulants). Combination with CBT (CBT for parents with kids younger than ten usually) seems to be most effective

kids do better with paying attention in class, but not better on report cards
Learning Disorders
Problems with one certain aspect of school, if there’s problems with all aspects of school its intellectual disability
Academic problems in reading, mathematics, and/or writing

Problems occur in language, socialization, and cognition
