Describe the learning of skills in each of the levels in the football pyramid

A

Foundation- taken part in regardless of interest, skills interpreted through watching television
Participation- sufficiently interested to make some sort of progression in performance. Techniques are observed and practised.
Performance- very interested in developing skills. Learner gets the feel of activity (kinaesthesis), with a coach giving guidance.
Elite- interested in developing highest skill possible, movements automatic without conscious effort. Learner able to adapt by the self, without prompting.
