How to get a G1 license?
- at least 16 yo
- pass a vision test
- pass a test of your knowledge of the rules of the road and traffic signs (G1 knowledge test)
How to get a G2 license?
- pass the first road test (G1 exit test)
How to get a G license?
- pass the second road test (G2 exit test)
How long does Level One (class G1)? What are the driving conditions?
12 months+
- not drive alone; accompanying G driver with 4y driving experience
- not drive 400-series highways
- not drive high-speed highways
- not drive btw 12 am and 5 am
How long does Level Two(class G2)? What are the driving conditions?
12 months+
- blood-alcohol level must be zero
- at most 1 passenger <19 yo (6 months)
- at most 3 passengers <19 yo (>6 months)
