6 pts: attend an interview
9+ pts: suspend licence for 60 days; then, reduce to 4 pts. if again, suspend for 6 months
What happens if you fail to surrender your licence for suspension?
You can lose your licence for up to 2 years

9 pts: attend an interview; may also do driver re-examination
15 pts: licence suspensed for 30 days; then reduced to 7 pts. if again, suspended for 6 months

- Careless driving
- Racing
- speed limit > 50km/h
