Cardiovascular Endurance (what does it work out) (what type of excercise) (examples)
Aerobic excercise, works out heart and lungs. Ex: jogging and swimming. Most important fitness area according to doctors, can prevent heart disease.
Max Heart Rate
220-age=70% of that is goal heart rate for aerobic excercise.
Muscular Endurance
How long muscles can work for extended period of time
Ex.: push-ups for how much and how long
Muscular Strength
Amount of force in a short period of time
Ex. Weight training
Flexibility
Range of motion and stretching before working out, helps prevent injuries and prevents joint disease
Body Composition
Ratio of lean body mass to fat, can measure with BMI, are more reliable ways than BMI.
