A

It is the official recognition of the citizenship status of Singaporeans, through the rights given to them and the responsibilities expected of them. Rights and liberties that citizens in a country have are protected by the law. Responsibilities refer to the duties of a citizen to fulfil because they are connected to other members in the community or society
