A non-citizen who may reside indefinitely, study and work in the country

An item or a point in a formal document

What may citizens feel? This leads to what?
A sense of belonging to the country, resulting in the creation of a national identity
What happens when citizens feel belonged and proud of their country?
They will want to contribute more and participate in activities that are beneficial to society.
