In massage, when you increase the body temperature what do you stimulate?
Increasing internal body temperature stimulates the circulation of blood and lymph. As a result, there is an increase of deliver of nutrition and removal of metabolic waste from tissue cells.
What do you focus on in the center point massage movement?
Between the eyebrows and down the sides of the nose to the tip.

What is Shiatsu massage?
The application of pressure on acupuncture points found throughout the body to balance the body’s energy flow and to promote health. It originated as a form of physical therapy in Japan.
How long should facial Shiatsu massage to the face last?
10-15 minutes
What type of movement do you use in ear reflexology?
Firm but gentle pressure, stroking or squeezing and pulling the ear. Work both ears together using your thumb and forefingers.
