Reactive Change

Incremental Change
small improvements to existing products and processes in order to improve the efficiency or make products and services more attractive to customers
Discontinuous Change

Anchor the changes in the organization scheme
Resistance, what happens?
When change occurs there will be people who are with the change, those who are actively against and upfront about the change, however there are passively aggressive individuals who will derail the change by acting in secret.
