Things to do to be prepared for a fire: have a meeting place for your family, keep flammable substances away from heat sources, etc.

A serious reduction in your bodies water content
Heat exhaustion
If you are exposed to excessive heat and dehydration over a long period of time.
Heat stroke
After heat exhaustion, this is a life threatening emergency
