set strategy goal methods and rewards, organizational stability and efficency, subortinates are given no voice in creating meaning or purpose
participatative membership
leaders seek input and then make decisions, goal: activley inolve employees, voice in offering suggestions and input
stewardship
belief that leaders are accountable
