A

Scar: Horizontally-aligned fibroblasts and vertically-aligned blood vessels. No elastic tissue.

Hypertrophic: Whorled proliferation

Keloid: Central bundles of amorphous “bubble-gum” collagen.

An atypical pleomorphic/spindle cell lesion. **Diagnosis of exclusion, CD10+, S100A6+, Procollagen+.**

A heterogeneous group of soft tissue sarcomas. Replaced the former **malignant fibrous histiocytoma**.
