A
- Can deliver higher airway pressures than SGDs
- Can be used in distorted airway

Combitube
Esophageal-Tracheal Combitube (ETC)
A
- Use small adult up to 6 foot tall.
- Can be used even if placed in trachea.
- Best to use laryngoscope to visualize
- Bend tube.
- Insert till teeth in between marked lines
- Inflated larger no 1 balloon which is in pharynx then smaller no 2 balloon.
- Try ventilating through no 1 blue tube. Check CO2 etc
- If not working try no 2. Let out balloon some
- If neither ventilates withdraw a little and retry.

- Dual lumen. Smaller balloons. Introducer can be used.
King Airway-King Laryngeal tube Airway
- Inserted until inflation balloon reaches lips.
- Inflated then pulled back while ventilating until good ventilation.
