degenerative OA of the cervical vertebral bodies which narrows spinal canal and presses on spinal cord

A
motor weakness
sensory loss
bladder/bowel dysfunction
neck pain
wide-based, ataxic or spastic gait
UMN signs in lower legs
- increased reflexes
- increased tone
- upgoing plantars
