What is the center of mass
A
The point in which an objects mass is concentrated into one area

How would you find the center of mass on a regular shaped object
A
By drawing the lines of symmatry of the shape, the point in which they cross is the centre of mass. Can be tested by balancing your finger on a point of an object

How do i find the center of mass on an irregular shaped object
A
Sespending it freely using a plum line and drawing the lines of symmatry, then turning the object and drawing the lines of symmatry again

How do i make an object more stable, e.g. a car, chair
A
Make the base wider, a lower base and lower center of mass
