A disagreement or clash of ideas/beliefs/values.
Two types of conflict are constructive and destructive
what is constructive conflict
Constructive process in which groups or individuals come to a new understanding and see increased self/esteem/wellbeing.

what is destructive conflict
Destructive process in which groups or individuals may disintegrate, feel devalued or the goal/direction of the group is prevented from continuing.
example: argumentative
what are the causes of conflict

what are incompatible goals
opposing or different aims and aspirations
Example: A couple is saving money, one thinks its for a holiday and one thinks its for a car
