Put slide on black paper
Take some blood agar sample using the loop and place on the slide
Add 1 drop of hydrogen peroxide to the blood agar sample on the slide

What are the results of the Catalase test ?

Bubble= Catalase Positive
No bubbles= Catalase Negative
