Acts as a backup-Sits there like a police officer waiting for Control valve (that hangs around 45 degrees) to fail. ONce fails, says I will let the temp go all the way up to 90 and then close Temperature in cargo area goes for 90, 89, 88, 87. The dog will still be alive but not happy!

Bulk Cargo Area selecting VENT does what?

Normal allows 45 degree temp to be contained
VENT will keep bulk cargo temperature 65 degrees for the dogs!
Does this by me moving selector to VENT- activating fan and opening up a valve to take air out of cabin to the bulk cargo area

Explain Process of Air through the Cargo Area from Center Duct or Body Duct

The air coming out of Center Duct or Body Duct goes through both valves and warms temperature of air up to 45 degrees F. AND

Overheat Valve stays open waiting for 45 degrees to fail!
Control valve moves open and closed to let warm air in to keep range of 45 degrees.

Turning Cargo Heat Switch on what are you doing?

Energizing 2 valves per each compartment to maintain 45 degrees. Overtemp valve opens and waits for 45 degree control valve to fail. It will then be controlled at 90 degrees.

Normal and Vent Modes on the Bulk Cargo Selector do what? (think of the dog!)

NORMAL :Maintain 45 degrees F

VENT: This will keep the bulk cargo temp roughly 65 degrees for the dog. Does this by activating a fan and opening up a valve and porting it to bulk cargo area.
