TX guillian barre
IV Ig or plasmapheresis plus careful respiratory monitoring

Mng Bell’s palsy
Prednisolone PO 60mg for 5 days - improve outcomes when started within 72hours of symptom onset
Observation alone onlu if palsy present for >72 hours
