non cardiac: orthostatic/hypovolemic hypotension, neurologic (TIA, stroke), metabolic abnormalities, neurocardiogenic syndromes (vasovagal/micturition syncope), psychiatric

A

triggers, prodromal symptoms

cardiac causes=history of exertion, lack of association of with changes in position, hisotory of cardiac disease
