M- U&Es prior and 1-2 weeks after
I-nephrotoxic, NSAIDS
SE- cough, hypotensions, hyperkalamia, angioedema
ARBs

M- U&Es before and after
I-NSAIDs, nephrotoxics
SE- hypotension, hyperkalaemia, renal impairment, angioedema
Beta blockers
Cautions, Interactions, side-effects
C-Asthma, COPD, 2nd or 3rd degree heart block, sick sinus ysndrome, uncontrolled HF, bradycardia, hypotension, metabolic acidosis, PAD
I-verapamil
SE-fatigue, headache, dizziness, erectile dysfunction, sleep disturbances and nightmares, cold peripheries
CCB
I-digioxin, betablockers, theophylline, anti-epileptic drugs
SE-headache, flushing, abdo pian, hypotension, tachycardia, fatigue, peripheral oedema, cold peripheries, bradycardia, impotence (felodipine)
Counselling- dont eat grapefruit
Digoxin
M- digoxin levels, U&Es, eGFR, HR
SE- GI disturbance, dizziness, n,v, blurred or yellow vision, rash
Nitrates
CI- severe AS
SE- phypotension, tolerance, nausea, headahces
Statins
Cautions- not in pregnancy, lower dose in renal and lover failire
Interactions- should be withheld when on clarithromycin
M- fasting lipids before, TFTs before statins, lipids 3 months after
SE- headahce, GI disturbamce, myalgia, LFTs rise, rhabdomyolysis
