Flutamide
antiandrogen drug primarily used to treat prostate cancer. It acts as a silent antagonist of the androgen receptor competing with testosterone and its powerful metabolite, dihydrotestosterone (DHT) for binding to ARs in the prostate gland. By doing so, it prevents them from stimulating the prostate cancer cells to grow.
Lupron
GnRH analog. Works on pituitary to interrupt the pulsatile secretion of hormone (LH and FSH), which cuts of hormone secretion.

Estrogen receptor antagonist. Use in hormone receptor positive breast cancer. Useful in premenopausal women.

Monoclonal antibody. Angiogenesis inhibitor. Vegf inhibitor.
