> should improve over next 24hrs

Presentation and Tx tetanus in a dog?
A
- Hx trauma/wound
- ^ temperature
- Tetraparetic stiff and shuffly gait
- Reflexes fine
- Not painful
- Dyspnoeic poss d/t aspiration pneumonia/stresss
> Tx - antitoxin
- metronidazole
- refer (intensive nursing needed +-PEG tube)
- thoracic rads as dyspnoeic
