  • ^ temperature
  • Tetraparetic stiff and shuffly gait
  • Reflexes fine
  • Not painful
  • Dyspnoeic poss d/t aspiration pneumonia/stresss
    > Tx
  • antitoxin
  • metronidazole
  • refer (intensive nursing needed +-PEG tube)
  • thoracic rads as dyspnoeic
