helps to see god in the ordinary and to realise that worship can happen anywhere in anyway
why is public worship used?
gives a sense of belonging in a community and helps realis the strength of faith

why do Christians who believe in all 7 sacraments think that liturgical worship is the best (give 5 reasons why)?
having set forms/prayers –> a lot familiar so it becomes part of life
using ancient forms of worship –> awareness of Christian heritage
using same forms of prayer –> sense of solidarity and belonging
following liturgical year –> understand faith + learn more about god
liturgical forms of worship –> worship is more important than the person leading
