A

Preplanned:

  • Initiated by Army echelons
  • Sent via Army channels to next higher echelon using AFATDS
  • Requests from the lower echelons are consolidated and then passed to the next higher echelon ultimately to the BCD in the AOC.

Immediate:

  • Initiated by Army echelons
  • Through AFATDS
  • TACP sends immediate requests through Air Force channels via JARN to the ASOC.
