you have to make sure that you have a PURPOSE and a REASON.

You cannot write to the wrong people. You have to know the process of sending a message and the process of who you sent it to.

○ Take into account who you’re writing to. When you know who to write to, there is a lot to consider.

(PREWRITING) Adapting a letter based on who you are writing to. It is different when you write to a professor and the admin, as your teacher might not understand all the terms. You have to adapt and make sure the receiver will understand.
