Pink believes Pink’s model focuses on enabling people to become intrinsically motivated – that is, using internal drivers for motivation. He calls these autonomy, purpose and purpose:
Autonomy: Self sufficient to direct thier own lives (orgnaziaitons give anatomy to their workers by giving them time to do thier work.)
Purpose: Self esteem and to do better by oursles
