FMCG
FMCG is an acronym meaning Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, and it refers to products that are sold quickly and at relatively low prices. These goods are typically everyday items like food, beverages, toiletries, and cleaning supplies that are purchased and consumed frequently.
You recently became the Project Manager for a project that is already halfway through its execution. (The previous Project Manager is on a different project.) As you begin to learn about the project, you discover no one ever established a project charter. However, there is a comprehensive project management plan, developed and approved by all the key stakeholders. What should you do?
Assume it is too late and continue without a project charter
