YES, an inhalation burn: lungs damanged, emergency!

Red and painful, no blisters

Run under cool water for at least 10 minutes, 20+ is better.

Ice, ice water, freezer pack

Don’t. Leave it open for EMS to deal with.

Only if it isn’t stuck to the skin.
