In the interest of Justice or facilitating adequate records, DCRB shall urge an applicant to seek an attorney and allow the applicant a reasonable period of time in which to do so.

Request for continuance shall be made at least 7 days in advance excluding saturday, sundays, or legal holidays. The Chairperson or his/her designee shall determine if the motion sets forth good and sufficient cause for the continuance.
