A
Undulant fever
Myalgia
MSK- sacroiliitis and osteomyelitis 
GI- hepatosplenomegaly and liver abscesses
GU- orchitis

A

Blood/BM culture
Serology
Histology: granulomas with lymphocytic infiltrates

How do you manage brucellosis?

A

Doxy and Rifampicin for 6wks

Longer if CNS/joint/cardio
