- it is all the white blood cells in your skin and all the antibodies and antigens that help fight off bad bacteria and diseases

- first line is the skin, it is the most protective layer
- second line is the inflammatory response or WBC, they attack the disease and it is made of bone marrow
- third line is antibodies which is triggered by antigens, they get inside the cell and protect it from diseases
