What are the steps to prepare a blood smear?

A

1`. Small drop of blood placed on one end of an alcohol-cleaned microscopic slide

  1. Another slide is inclined at 45 degrees and drop contacts and spread along the edge
  2. Slide is pushed smoothly along the other slide = spread out in an even manner
