Modular reddish swelling, microaneurysms, narrow arteries from fibrosis

Necrotizing vasculitis, lungs, nasopharynx, and kidneys

Primarily Involves lungs
Only 5 year survival rate 25%
What is kawasaki disorder?
Occurs in children Rare immunologic hypersensitivity Fever Conjunctival and oral edema Hemorrhage Cervical lymphadenopathy MI and aneurysm cause 3% deaths
