Explain Aircraft Grounding procedures
First hook up grounding strap to certified static ground and then the aircraft grounding receptacle
Initial tie down
Up to 45 knots, 6 chains minimum; initial tie-down is used immediately prior to, in between, or immediately after flight.
Normal weather tie down
Up to 45 knots, 9 chains
Moderate weather tie down
46-60 knots, 14 chains
46-60 knots, 14 chains
