What is the management of bipolar in primary care?
Antipsychotis- olanzapine, risiperidone, quetiapine, aripriprazole

Mood stabilisers- lithium, carbamazepine, valproate

What is the management of mania in bipolar?
Acute mania= carbamazepine

Baseline U&Es, TFTs and pregnancy test
What s the target level of lithium and when should it be tested?
