neurological changes, dysrhythmias, renal failure
Treatment of lithium toxicity
IV fluids, whole bowel irrigation, hemodialysis
What can impact lithium concentration
excessive fluid, caffeine, salt
What do diuretics and NSAIDs do to lithium
increase lithium reabsorption by the kidneys or inhibit lithium excretion
