most dangerous adverse effect is increase of the
blood pressure (the mechanism is unknown). So,
it is contraindicated in severe hypertension.

● increase of heart rate and contractility;
● dilation of vessels (mainly in skeletal muscles)
● slight increase of systolic pressure, decrease of
diastolic and mean blood pressure;
● bronchial dilation;
● decrease of contractility of myometrium
