mobile firm breast lump
What risks do breast fibroadenoma have?
none! no increase in risk of malignancy
What is rx of fibroadenoma?
> 3cm surgical excision

What is rx of breast cysts
aspiration
When should breasts cysts be biopsied or excised?
if blood stained or persistently refill
What group of women are breast abscess more common?
lactating

staph aureus
How do abscesses present?
red hot tender swelling
What is rx of abscesses?
incision, drainage and abx

Greenish discharge

mammographic changes mimic cancer
