What were the Articles of Confederation?
The Articles of Confederation was the first government of the United States that was created in 1777.
What is a unicameral legislature or parliament?
A unicameral legislature or parliament is the practice of having only one chamber in a legislature or a parliament.
What is a bicameral legislature or parliament?
A bicameral legislature or parliament is the practice of having two or more chambers in a legislature or a parliament.
What is congress?
Congress is the term used and generally describes the Legislative Branch of the U.S.(House and Senate)
What is the House of Representatives?
The House of Representatives is the lower house of the Legislative branch where tax bills must organize.
What is the Senate?
The senate is the higher house of the Legislative branch where treaties and appointments are approved, and where impeachment trials are held.
What is the President?
The president is the title of a person who is the Head of State and/or Head of government, and is in charge of an executive branch of the government and who does not have to answer to a legislative body.
What is the Commander in Chief?
The Commander in Chief is the role of the President as the head of all branches of the military.
