What is a citizen?
A citizen is a community member, by birth or by naturalization, who owes loyalty to the government and is entitled to the government’s protection.
Who is an Alien?
An Alien is a person who is not a citizen of the state in which they reside and may be there for a short or long period of time.
What are Civil liberties?
Civil liberties is a term that refers to the basic rights, such as freedom of speech and assembly, that are protected from government interference.
What is immigration?
Immigration is the movement of people into a new country or political unit, resulting in a personal / permanent change.
What is the Law of Blood?
The Law of Blood is a person who is a U.S. citizen by having at least one parent as a U.S. Citizen.
What is the Law of Soil?
The Law of Soil is that anyone born on American Soil/Land is guaranteed automatic citizenship.
