Article 1 is about the Legislative Branch.

Bicameral means that there are two chambers of government.
What are the qualifications to be in the House of Representatives?
The qualifications to be in the House of Representatives is that they have to be at least 25 years old, they have to be a U.S. Citizen for at least 7 years and must be a resident of their represented state.
What does Congress do?
Congress makes laws and are representatives of their constituents.
What is the Elastic Clause?
The Elastic Clause is the necessary and proper clause that gives Congress the power to make laws “necessary and proper” to carry out delegated duties. It also stretches the power given to Congress.
What are the qualifications to be in the Senate?
In qualifications to be in the Senate is that they have to be at least 35 years old, they must have to be a U.S. Citizen for at least 9 years, must be a resident of the represented state.

The Head of the Senate is Mike Pence as of 2020.
What are the powers of the Senate?
The Senate can decide committee members and the order bills are debated.
Who is the Speaker of the House of Representatives?
The Speaker of the House of Representatives is Nancy Pelosi.
