A
  1. nodular - most common, pearly papule with rolled border and telantectasias
  2. superficial - pink or translucent and a slightly rolled border - patch or thin plaque
  3. ulcerated - translucent color, telentec, rolled border
  4. pigmented - typical presentation with globules of dark pigment
  5. morpheaform - regualr and appears white and bound down
