- moisturizing cream

- mild cleasnser
- gentle skin care and avoid triggers

- anti-inflammatory - steroids or calcineurin inhibitor
- anit- pruritic - antihistamines
- antibacterial
- moisturizer - use ointments

what is a common issues in flare-up
A
infection (S. aureaus)
- look for pustules, erosions, extensive crust
- Tx with systemic ABx

A
- mild, asymtomaic form on face
- tend to have poorly marginated, slightly scaly, hypopigmented patches
